Our strategic direction for capacity strengthening mainly focuses on resource mobilization and partnerships. We aim to strengthen the capacity of the board to oversee the implementation of the #MyLittleBigThing Programs by generating a strategy development and oversight, approving the annual operational budget, and conducting effective monitoring and evaluation of the programs. Through this, we expect to have an effective annual operational plan. We invest in human capital such as tertiary education, vocational training, skills development, and encouraging entrepreneurship to not only harness the potential of women and youth but also ensure we strengthen the human resource capacity to manage MLBT programs.
