#MyLittleBigThing by MK-Africa continues to be a catalyst for these collaborations by providing a platform for undergraduate university students from all over Africa to broaden their knowledge on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our goal is to catalyze social entrepreneurship among young people through the development of ideas that will help find the best homegrown solutions to Africa’s development challenges. This year we celebrate five years of harnessing the potential of youth to drive forward Africa’s transformative agenda. Since 2017, we have worked with like-minded organizations like Safaricom, PKF East Africa, Cambridge University’s Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL), Crew 2030, and South African Airways, to network close to 1000 youth innovators who have some of the best SDGs-inspired ideas. In 2021, the #MyLittleBigThing SDGs Challenge will be looking to cover the “Green Agenda” or SDGs 12 to 15. In this edition of Mambo SDGs, we look back at some of the exciting projects that have won the #MyLittleBigThing Challenge over the last 5 years. Join us as we profile some of our most illustrious ambassadors. Happy reading!
