Sharon Anyango, a student from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology came up with an idea called ‘Ecotopia Pavers’, that seeks to provide sustainable solutions to pavement construction so as to reduce temperatures & enhance flood management in urban areas.
This idea won the 2020 #MyLittleBigThing innovative challenge and Sharon is currently undergoing a mentorship program to improve her project.
